The Roxbury Trust Fund Committee was created by an Act of the Massachusetts Legislature: Chapter 443 of the Acts and Resolves of 1990. Seven Trustees were appointed to the Committee in accordance with the conditions specified in the legislation. They are:
Bruce Bickerstaff, Chairman Of The Board, appointed by the Mayor to represent the Roxbury Neighborhood Council.
The Honorable Sonia Chang-Diaz, the Roxbury district's sitting State Senator.
William L. Dickerson, Treasurer, appointed by the Governor to represent a Community Development Corporation signatory to the Parcel 18 Task Force.
The Honorable Gloria Fox, the Roxbury district’s sitting State Representative.
Elmer Freeman, appointed by the Governor to represent a Community Development Corporation signatory to the Parcel 18 Task Force.
William Rodriguez, appointed by the Mayor to represent a Latino social service agency in Greater Roxbury.
Independent contractors provide professional services to the Committee.
